  I am truly disgusted and appalled by what I personally just witnessed. My cousin and I were on FaceTime and she was expressing her frustration with her garage being left open and her valuables on display for anyone to see or steal and how they leave the front door open it's unsafe. Suddenly her neighbor knocks on the door to inform his unit is leaking. As they went to view the leak they also discussed the sewage backing up in the basement they remembered one of resident's mentioned she worked for citywide they decided to knock on her door to also bring the leak to her attention and to see if she can help report the problem. This woman that represents citywide threatening her attempted to fight her physically fight her she yelled and cursed at her and called the police and attempted to lie to them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate as an employee and a resident she literally represents citywide and this is the behavior she displayed despicable. Her name is Leticia Sanchez.

  Tinika was the best she redid all my plumbing in the bathroom for my shower and sink. She also replaced my window, She was very through and informative every step of the way while she fixed everything! She explained why it wasn’t working and once she finished she let the water run awhile. While she cleaned up! She took all garbage, debris, pipes whatever she bought and mad a mess she cleaned. Very respectful, kind person. Did you notice I said she, a African American woman did all my maintenance today and I couldn’t be anymore satisfied and grateful for her work if I have any other problems I will only want Tinika to come and fix the issue. Thank you so much!

  Don't like the ppl they rent too. The tenants are horrible with respecting the neighborhoods they reside in. Plus, they homeowners that reside in area,:ie,next door etc.. these ppl they rent too are hood booger's( disgusting) classless kind of ppl that I've encountered this far!!!! they are ppl that don't care about other ppl properties and are litterbugs.. Very lazy staff never answer phones, do not deal with complaints as needed. Slum Lord looking properties. Ineffective with responding to complaints, unprofessional staff that aren't seasoned administrative staff. More like oh, well my little Jane can come in for 2 days and answer calls today type of place! Just don't rent with this place it's a horrible rental property management company..You will be thankful for this review later. Basically, you will avoid a horrid experience once you're moved in this place. DONT DO IT YOULL REGRET ITTTT!!! HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY!!!! THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU ONCE THEY GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENT NOTHING HAPPENS GOOD AFTER THAT!

  Slow to respond to issues, tenants smoke and hallways always smell like weed. To many cars parked in the back supposed to be one car per unit which means 4 cars there's always 5 or 6 my parked car was hit around the summer time. They do not enforce the rules. And slow to make simple request and maintain simple repairs

  Horrible company to rent from. We had the house 5945 n 39th st. We had beg bugs terrible mice terrible mold in the bathroom. They never came out to fix any problems they didn't even know who owned the house cuz it was a corporation that owed it. They only paint over all the mold the stairs to the basement were weak and broke while we lived there nobody EVER came to fix ANYTHING. Exterminator came to do beg bugs and couldn't get them out our house. PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THEM PLEASE.
