Living Here Townsville are useless. Their ridiculous departmental system leaves them in disarray with no communication between eachother. They take no responsibility and don't fulfil any any basic obligations as an agent. This all leaves you with issues throughout your entire stay, and upon departure - an unfair & unjustifiable amount of bond being taken. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
