    I walked into the spare parts to get something simple..
    I had photos of the part and the manager from service was working there for the day as someone called in sick and wouldn't help in getting the part I needed..
    The van was out the front ..
    I was blown away how unhelpful this guy was and I questioned it..
    His reply was "I dont care about anyone that hasn't bought a van from us" and he was happy for me to post this to tell others.
    I went down the road to a smaller caravan place and I had my part within a minute..
    If you run a spare parts place please don't have lazy unhelpful people serving you as travellers need your help when things go wrong..
    Definitely wrong person in the job..

    Stuart, the sales rep is a friendly, genuine person.
    They know their stuff too. Bought a second hand caravan there. Highly recommended.
